- Start with some warm-up exercises and deep breaths.
- Start by meditating for 10-15 minutes. Keep a timer.
- Your spine must be straight, and you must be able to relax completely without slouching.
- Gently close your eyes and begin by taking some deep breaths.
- Focus your concentration on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
- Silently repeat the mantra over and over to yourself as you meditates, allowing the word or phrase to whisper through your mind.
- When you are done with your meditation, slowly ease into the physical state. Then, very slowly, open your eyes. Get in tune to your surroundings.
